What I seek to portray is not the landscape itself, but the ambiance and the presence of time drifting just beneath its surface.
In our daily lives, we live surrounded by a vast influx of information and meaning. Yet, I feel that the world inherently possesses a far more ambiguous, wordless tranquility. Rather than imposing a narrative or interpretation, Quiet Line delineates the traces left behind by light, wind, humidity, and time.
If a viewer pauses before this scenery and quietly listens to their own memories and senses, it is in that very moment that the artwork reaches its completion within each individual.

Yakumo is a digital artist who conceptualizes a distinctive body of work titled Quiet Line through the medium of AI.
Yakumo’s creations do not aim to depict landscapes as mere subjects. Instead, they seek to give form to the pre-verbal sensations that manifest within nature—the moisture-laden air of the rain, light dissolving into the water's surface, clouds unfurling in the wind, and a horizon that bleeds into the sky, vanishing into the distance.
